Thank you for participating in the thrift.wtf Micro-Drop 001. Because our premium silhouettes are custom-engineered and manufactured in ultra-exclusive, highly limited quantities (exactly 15 items per design), our fulfillment pipeline is precisely optimized to protect the quality of your garment.
Please thoroughly review our regional processing and logistics guidelines below before finalizing your acquisition.
1. PROCESSING TIMELINE & DROP SCHEDULE
Orders are locked into our system immediately upon successful payment verification at checkout. Due to the high-demand nature of our micro-batch drops, items process strictly according to the following cadence:

Processing Window: All items undergo a final quality control inspection, premium packaging sequence, and routing manifest creation within 2 to 3 business days from the launch date (June 5th).

Business Operations: We process shipments Monday through Friday. Dispatches do not occur on national holidays or weekends.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES (INDIA)
We provide high-speed, secure courier transit across India via premium logistics partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees).

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided directly by our carrier networks. Remote regions or localized transit disruptions may occasionally extend these timeframes slightly.
3. TRACKING & TRANSIT DOCUMENTATION
The moment your package is scanned by our carrier service, an automated confirmation text message and email will be dispatched to the contact info supplied during checkout.

Your notification will include a unique, live AWB Tracking Number and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the tracking link for the logistics provider to update the scan history on their portal.
⚠️ ADDRESS CORRECTION WARNING
The customer holds full responsibility for inputting an accurate, complete shipping address and pin code. Due to the high velocity of our fulfillment cycle, address corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order is confirmed. If a package is returned to our vault due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be liable for any additional reshipping infrastructure costs.
4. PACKAGING ARCHITECTURE & DELIVERY ISSUES
Every single heavyweight 180 GSM bio-washed shirt is hand-folded and dispatched inside our signature, secure, silver tamper-proof packaging to safeguard your product from environmental damage during transit.

Damaged in Transit: If your protective packaging arrives visibly ripped, open, or severely compromised, do not accept the package from the delivery agent. Document the damage with a photo and immediately contact our gateway support.

Lost Packages: In the rare event that a carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not physically received it, please check with your building security desk or neighbors before reaching out. If it remains missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can immediately launch a formal tracer with the carrier.
5. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
Currently, thrift.wtf operates strictly within India to maintain maximum oversight on our premium micro-drop logistics. International shipping functionality is locked and will be deployed in a future archive update.
